Our Health Programs Consultants specialize in marketing our health benefits packages and consulting with clients to maximize their savings. You will be trained extensively on marketing to and consulting with potential clients.

• Team Leader/Trainer
Our Team Leaders and Trainers work with the Health Programs Consultants and Employee Programs Specialists to lead, train and coach them so that they are successful in their positions and can grow in their knowledge and experience. Team Leaders/Trainers are also responsible for marketing and consulting with clients.

• Employee Program Specialist
Our Employee Program Specialists are those individuals who want to help address the problem that business owners face of not being able to offer affordable benefits to their employees.

• Independent Insurance Agents We are also looking for agents wanting to add an additional product line to their existing benefits portfolio. Ask about our Managing General Agency Agreement.
